Running workouts
We would also like to remind you about running workouts for the University of Lodz staff which are held every week and conducted by Dr Piotr Kędzia from the Faculty of Educational Sciences at the University of Lodz. This is a great opportunity to prepare for the competition under the supervision of a professional coach, an Olympian from Beijing and Athens. The workouts take place on Thursdays at 5:30 p.m. in Park 3 Maja or Zdrowie. Details about the location are provided via the FB Biegacze UŁ group.
The running workouts are carried out as part of the "Uwolnij Energię 2.0" [Free Your Energy 2.0] project. The project is financed under the "Social Responsibility of Science" programme of the Minister of Education and Science.
